Rig Security emerges from stealth with $12M to tackle AI identity risks
The Tel Aviv startup is building identity protection for autonomous AI agents and already counts Fortune 200 companies as customers.
When your company’s workforce includes software agents that never sleep, never take PTO, and autonomously make decisions across cloud infrastructure, the old model of identity security starts to look about as useful as a deadbolt on a screen door. Rig Security thinks it has a better answer.
The Tel Aviv-based cybersecurity startup officially emerged from stealth on September 29, 2026, backed by $12 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with additional backing from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and angel investor Ami Luttwak, co-founder of cloud security giant Wiz.
The agentic AI identity problem
Enterprise security teams have spent decades getting reasonably good at managing human identities. But the rapid adoption of agentic AI, autonomous software agents that can reason, plan, and act without human intervention, has introduced a category of digital identity that existing tools weren’t designed to handle.
These AI agents create, modify, and retire identities at machine speed. They spin up service accounts, request API keys, and interact with cloud resources across environments. A single enterprise can generate hundreds of millions of identity events monthly from these systems alone.
What Rig actually does
Rig’s platform uses graph-based security analysis to map relationships between AI agents, the identities they create, and the resources they access. Founder and CEO Guy Kozliner previously served on the CTO team at Wiz, where graph-based security models became a defining feature of the company’s cloud security product.

The core technical claim is notable: Rig says its platform achieves over 96% accuracy in identity correlation. In practical terms, that means when an AI agent spins up a new service account or modifies permissions in a cloud environment, the platform can correctly attribute that action to the right agent and assess whether it falls within expected behavior.
Rig is already integrated with both the AWS and CrowdStrike marketplaces. The company says it’s already operational in Fortune 200 enterprises and processing hundreds of millions of identity events on a monthly basis. For a startup that was founded in early 2025 and only secured its seed round in late 2025, that deployment velocity is aggressive.
Why the investor lineup matters
The CrowdStrike Falcon Fund is the strategic investment arm of CrowdStrike. When CrowdStrike’s venture arm invests in a startup and simultaneously offers that startup distribution through its marketplace, it creates a flywheel: the investment de-risks the product bet, and the marketplace integration accelerates revenue.
As co-founder of Wiz, Ami Luttwak’s angel investment carries significant weight in the Israeli security startup ecosystem. The Wiz connection runs deeper than just the check, given that Kozliner built his graph-based security expertise while working alongside the Wiz leadership team.
