Trust Wallet to sunset support for 25 networks on September 15

Users who do not hold assets on any of the affected networks do not need to do anything.

Trust Wallet is discontinuing native support for a group of blockchain networks on September 15, 2026, as it reviews its network coverage and seeks to improve the efficiency of its platform.

The affected list includes 25 networks, ranging from Agoric, Aurora and Boba to Moonbeam, MultiversX, Polygon zkEVM, Viction and Wanchain, the company said Tuesday.

The update changes how users access assets but does not change who owns them. Trust Wallet said all assets remain on their underlying blockchains. Users who hold assets on the affected networks can still access them through Trust Wallet after September 15 by manually adding each network as a custom network with its appropriate RPC information.

Without manually adding a network, users will lose access to the affected assets through Trust Wallet’s normal interface. The networks will no longer appear in the network list, and users will not be able to view, send, swap or otherwise interact with assets on those networks through the standard interface.

FIO’s inclusion on the sunset list also means Trust Wallet is ending Trust Handle functionality.

From September 15, users will no longer be able to register new Trust Handles or use existing ones to send and receive assets, manage them or renew them through Trust Wallet. The underlying Trust Handle registrations will remain on FIO, but adding FIO as a custom network will not bring the functionality back to Trust Wallet.
