World Liberty says WorldClaw is independent but declines to detail ties

The Hong Kong AI platform uses the USD1 stablecoin, while its terms describe a trademark-licensing relationship.

World Liberty Financial said it does not own, operate or control WorldClaw, but declined to disclose whether it has financial interests in the Hong Kong artificial-intelligence platform, CoinDesk reported Tuesday.

World Liberty spokesman David Wachsman said WorldClaw is an independent company that uses the USD1 stablecoin as a payment rail. He did not say whether World Liberty or an affiliate holds equity, financed the company, earns licensing fees or shares revenue.

WorldClaw sells developers access to more than 300 AI models through its WorldRouter service, including products from OpenAI and Anthropic as well as Chinese developers such as Alibaba, DeepSeek, Moonshot, MiniMax and Zhipu.

Customers can pay with USD1, while some plans are available by locking WLFI tokens. USD1 had about $4 billion in circulation Tuesday, according to CoinGecko data cited by CoinDesk.

Donald Trump Jr. promoted WorldClaw when it launched in May. The Trump family co-founded World Liberty and owns 38% of the venture, according to Reuters.

WorldClaw’s terms say it alone provides the service and that World Liberty does not manage its operations. The terms describe the relationship as involving licensed trademarks and exclude US and Chinese residents, companies and citizens from using the platform.

WorldClaw claims more than 10,000 users and over 50 million daily model requests. CoinDesk said it could not verify those figures, and the companies did not provide usage or USD1 payment volumes.
