Securitize and Neuberger launch tokenized high yield fixed income fund
HINC will invest primarily in high yield bonds and launch across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui for eligible investors.
Securitize and Neuberger have launched the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, marking Neuberger’s first engagement as subadvisor to a tokenized fund.
The fund, known as HINC, will invest primarily in high yield bonds alongside other income producing fixed income assets, including collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans.
Neuberger will serve as subadvisor and provide portfolio management and research expertise through its fixed income platform, which oversees more than $230 billion in assets under management.
HINC will launch across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui, giving eligible investors access to the strategy through four public blockchain networks.

Securitize Capital serves as the fund’s investment adviser, while Securitize Markets will offer interests in the fund. Other Securitize affiliates will provide tokenization, fund administration and operational services.
The fund will be available to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers through Securitize, subject to onboarding, identity checks, jurisdictional eligibility and applicable securities requirements.
