Trust Wallet is recruiting a small group of traders to test a new perpetual futures feature before a wider rollout. Interested users fill out an application form. The company then picks who gets in.

How the early access program works

The setup is fairly simple. Traders submit their details through a form, and Trust Wallet staff review the applications to choose participants.

On data handling, the company says personal information entered into the form may be shared internally with Trust Wallet staff. That sharing is limited to selecting and contacting users for early access and gathering their feedback.

Applicants who are not chosen get a cleaner exit. Trust Wallet says it will delete their personal data once selection is complete.

A quick primer on perpetual futures

Picture a bet on an asset’s price that never has to be settled on a fixed date. That is roughly what a perpetual future, or “perp,” is.

Traditional futures contracts expire. Perps do not. Traders can hold a long or short position as long as they keep enough collateral, called margin, to cover potential losses.

Perps also typically come with leverage. A trader puts up a small amount of capital and controls a much larger position. Gains get amplified. So do losses.

The road so far

Trust Wallet, which says it has over 220 million users, began rolling out perps inside its app in late 2025.

The first phase arrived in October 2025 through an integration with Aster DEX. That version allowed leverage of up to 100x across more than 100 markets.

In April 2026, the wallet added Hyperliquid, one of the better-known on-chain perps venues. That integration pushed maximum leverage to 200x across more than 200 markets.

Those markets reach beyond crypto. They include real-world assets such as oil and gold, so a wallet user can now take a leveraged view on commodities without leaving the app.

In July 2026, Trust Wallet added direct deposits for perps margin accounts. Users in eligible regions can fund positions with assets including ETH, BNB, USDC and SOL from a range of supported chains.

No KYC is required in those eligible regions. There is no account to create and no central custodian holding funds. The trading itself sits inside the wallet’s existing Swaps interface.

Trust Wallet does not run the order books. It routes users to third-party on-chain protocols. Users keep control of their keys and assets while the protocols handle execution.

Where it is not available

The perps product is restricted in certain jurisdictions, including the United States and the United Kingdom, because of regulatory considerations.

The company also cautions that leveraged products carry inherent risks and may not suit all investors. With leverage of up to 200x, a price move of well under 1% against a position can wipe out the margin behind it.
