RedStone integrates with Pareto’s Credit Vaults for onchain credit pricing

Pareto has roughly $225 million in total value locked across its tokenized private credit products.

RedStone is now integrated with Pareto’s Credit Vaults, providing pricing infrastructure for tokenized institutional credit across multiple blockchain networks. Its first live integration supports the FalconX Credit Vault, which has more than $170 million in credit exposure.

The integration, announced on Sept. 9, allows RedStone to pull the FalconX Credit Vault’s NAV directly from its Ethereum contract and distribute the valuation through standardized feeds on Monad, Plume and MegaETH.

This gives lending markets on those networks a consistent reference for pricing the vault token as collateral without requiring each deployment to build its own connection to Ethereum, the firm said.

The FalconX Credit Vault allows institutional investors to deposit USDC to help finance FalconX’s prime brokerage business in exchange for AA_FalconXUSDC, which represents their position in the underlying credit. Interest accrues directly to the token’s NAV, meaning holders can use the token as collateral to borrow liquidity while keeping their credit exposure invested.

M11 Credit curates the FalconX Credit Vault, underwrites FalconX and monitors the credit on an ongoing basis. The vault’s senior tranche is redeemable for the original deposit plus accrued interest.
